Heavy Duty Tool Boxes

Attard Sheet Metal designs and fabricates tough, presicion made tool boxes for trucks, utes or the tradesman. Each box is fitted out with quality hardware. Made to order or select from one of our economical standard sizes.

Our standard Toolboxes are made from 1.60mm thick galvabond sheet steel, with a fully welded assembly including locks, hinges and handles. We can also fabricte your toolboxes from Aluminium, zincanneal or black steel.

Hinges

We stock hard to find hinges from the major brands.

• Continuous hinges in galvanised steel, stainless steel,aluminium and mild steel.
• Weld on hinges 80mm and 100mm long, in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum, all with noncorrosive pins and grease nipples.
• Butt hinges stainless steel and zinc plated.
• Tail and side board hinges for utes trays and trailers. In zinc plated or black steel. 

 

Locks

Specialised locks from proven brands for your toolbox or ute canopy.

• Tee & L Handle locks. 
• Recessed folding tee locks in stainless steel.
• Pop Out Tee locks in various sizes and prices.
• Overcentre locks a large range from the small to large, general or heavy duty units, some with additional safety clips, others key lockable, various materials and price range. 
• Quarter turn & compartement locks, key, wing or tool operated.
• All sudry fittings for locks including 2 and 3 point rod latch assemblies, steel and diecast latch bars.
