What a fantastic product… increase in heat output…. can run on low for longer. Definitely reduced smoke output, reduced wood consumption and cleaner glass SmartBurn lasted for 3 months.

The Launceston City Council Air Quality Team has been undertaking visual monitoring of the smoke emissions from these (11) dwellings using the three smoke emission categories. To date there has been only two of the eleven participants observed to have reached category 3 smoke levels. This is a vast improvement over past observations of these dwellings. The SmartBurn lasted for 10 tonne of wood. … used wet wood on low burn and no smoke. .. increased heat by about 20%. The wood lasted 30% longer. A saving of $18-00 per tonne less $4-50 SmartBurn = $13-50 saving per tonne of wood. …no creosote on my roof … used to be black. The glass was clean. What a wonderful product. ... would happily recommend it to anyone.

There is little or no ash to clean out… hardly see the smoke from the chimney … combustion is more complete. Frances (Stratham, WA) • My fire burns hotter. ….. ash is much finer. Cleaner glass …I did not buy the SmartBurn to reduce wood consumption or increase heat output, my primary reason was to reduce particulate pollution.
